Q. What is PlayPhone?

PlayPhone is a mobile subscription service. After you join, each week you will receive a WAP push message taking you to the PlayPhone WAP site where you can choose 6 Ringtones, Games, Videos or Graphics from the thousands of titles. The service is charged at EUR4 per week. Standard operator SMS/WAP/GPRS charges apply.

Q. How do I stop receiving messages on my phone?

Just text STOP to 57786 and you will no longer receive PlayPhone messages. You will be permanently removed from all our services. You can also unsubscribe by contacting us.

Q. I tried to download a ringtone but it didn't work. What do I do?

Just contact us and we'll resend your item straight to your mobile.
